Hello and welcome!
My name is Beate Weingarten. I am passionate about health, wellness and fitness.
I worked in the fitness industry in the late 90’s and chose in 2013 to return to the field that I am passionate about. Main reason I returned is that I love to help and motivate others.
I am certified as Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition I am certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and TRX® Suspension Training.
I love to help others experience the multiple benefits that being active and eating well can bring to their lives. I want them to experience how it can enhance their life in more ways than just having more energy and changing the read-out on the scale. There is no bigger reward to me than seeing someone reach a personal goal. I enjoy using my knowledge to support and motivate my clients and following the words of the Dallas Cowboy’s Tom Landry “getting someone to do what he or she doesn’t want to do, to achieve what they want to achieve”.
I personally work out with my TRX, Kettle Bells, Free Weights, Body Weight and Tubing exercises. Yoga, stretching, breathing exercises and my BEMER® help me balance.
Outdoors is where I like to be; walking, jogging, biking and hiking. I also enjoy water, however it needs to be frozen and under my skates! Ice hockey and soccer are my sports. Music makes me happy and gets me going.
From personal experience I know that moving into a healthy or healthier lifestyle can be challenging. However with each mile stone reached it is becoming more and more rewarding.
